We build many types and styles of homes; from conventional, to manu-factured, to the exciting log and timber frame homes we offer now. Each home is constructed on site from the custom floor plans of your ideal home. We also have many pre-designed homes that you can choose from as well.
Each one of our homes is a conventional frame with your choice of exterior siding from ½ logs, to cedar ship lap, to cedar shingle. For the interior you have many choices as well. Choose from knotty pine tongue and groove, drywall, ½ log to give the appearance of full log, or a combination of your choice.

Log Home Cost

Who would have thought that you could get a classic log home for about the same cost as a conventional home? Well we have the formula for that, because of the conventional frame design there is no crane setting of the logs to bring the cost up, and no chinking that will crack and let in that cold winter air and, as I'm sure you are aware, Michigan can get plenty cold!

Log Home Insulation

Unlike a full log home that does not have a lot of insulation with the ½ log you will get a superior insulation factor along with the added insulation from the logs on the exterior. These features make our homes ideal for year round homes, on a pristine lake or in a beautiful country setting that you can get away to.

We have two models on display in Greenville, Michigan, one of which is also our office so there is no need for an appointment to come and see the craftsmanship and quality of work we provide for your home.
